Information we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address and a password (stored only as a secure one-way hash — we never see it).

Within your workspace we store the planning information you add: events, tasks, your guest list and household details, seating, budget entries and vendor notes. We also record activation and payment references you provide.

How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve the service: to run your workspace, verify your activation, process any optional orders, send in-app notifications, and respond to your support requests. We do not use it for advertising.

Payments

Activation and optional services are paid by bank transfer or through our payment gateway, PayHere. We store payment references and status, but we do not store full card details — card payments are handled by the gateway.

Your guests' details

The guest information you add — names, contact numbers and any notes — is yours, and you are responsible for having permission to add it. We use it only to power your invitations, RSVPs and seating, and we never sell it or use it to contact your guests for our own purposes.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share information only with the service providers we need to operate (such as our payment gateway), and only as required to run the platform or to comply with the law.

Data security

We protect your information with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and workspace isolation, so each couple's data stays separate. No system is perfectly secure, but we take safeguarding your data seriously.

Keeping and deleting your data

You can export your workspace data, and you can request deletion of your account. Deletion runs after a short grace period so it can be undone if requested by mistake. Some records may be retained where the law requires.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in securely and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
