The agreement between you and WeddingDay LK.

These terms govern your use of the WeddingDay LK website and platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for genuine couples and their collaborators.
Activation & payments
Access to your workspace begins after a one-time LKR 2,000 activation transfer is verified by our team. Optional paid services — such as printed cards or a professional custom design — are charged separately, and their full terms and prices are shown before you check out.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, upload unlawful content, or use another person's details without permission. You must respect your guests' privacy and only add their information where you are entitled to.
Services & availability
We work to keep the service running reliably, but it is provided on an as-is basis and features may change over time as we improve it. We may carry out maintenance that briefly affects availability.
Your content
Your planning data, guest details and uploads remain yours. You grant us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you. The platform itself, its design and its software remain ours.
Auspicious times
Any auspicious times shown are entered by you and displayed exactly as you provide them, with your stated source. WeddingDay does not calculate, verify or advise on them.
Refunds & cancellations
Refund and cancellation conditions for optional paid services are shown at checkout and apply to those services. The activation fee enables your workspace once verified.
Disclaimers & liability
To the extent permitted by law, WeddingDay is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Sri Lankan law.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute.
